Packed with Protein and Moisture Rich Coconut Water for Refreshed Skin!

This refreshing smoothie is an excellent choice for dry, dull skin that needs some extra TLC. These ingredients were selected to nourish, condition and hydrate the skin for a radiant complexion. Tastes great too!

Hemp Protein contains essential fatty acids, vitamins and amino acids that helps generate collagen and elastin production, conditions and moistures the skin.

Blueberries are a superfood packed with antioxidants, including Vitamin A, Vitamin C and flavonoids. These antioxidants neutralize free radicals, and help to strengthen blood vessels and the healing of broken capillaries.

Dandelion Greens are an excellent source of Vitamin K, a vitamin known help skin conditions such as bruises, inflammation, under-eye circles, stretch marks, spider veins, dark spots and scars due to it's skin repairing properties.

Coconut Water prevents and treats dehydration. Just as your body can become dehydrated, so can your skin. When your skin is dehydrated it can feel tight and look rough and dull.

Avocado contains healthy, monosaturated fats which helps maintains the water content in the skin and supplies the fats that keeps cells healthy, moisturized and glowing. Avocados also contain omega-3, an inflammatory that's good for your skin and whole body. By reducing inflammation, you can ease signs of aging and acne.

Cacao
is an usually tasty source of sulfur, an essential mineral that helps a host of skin ailments by reducing inflammation, inhibiting bacterial growth on the skin, clearing pores and aiding in the shedding of dead skin.

Ingredients :

  • 1 Scoop of Hemp Protein
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh or Frozen Blueberries
  • 1/2 Bunch Dandelion Greens (no stems)
  • 11 Ounces Coconut Water
  • 1/4 Avocado
  • 1 Tablespoon Raw Cacao Powder

Directions : Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth.
